In the unlikely event your repair is unsuccessful after the disk drive or laser is replaced on your PS4, for example - damage to the motherboard at the point of failure causing electronic shorting of components, that could make your PlayStation 4 unrepairable, there is a £29 labour charge that is non-refundable. This £29 covers our time and parts used/fitted, and is at cost price to our customer (Zero Business Profit), if the service is ordered online we will refund the remainder of your initial payment. If we decide the PS4 in not repairable from our initial free inspection without carrying out any further work, then a full refund will be issued.
