How It Works
1. Choose your repair service
Select your device make and model from the left and choose your repair. Once found please add this to the cart and then click checkout to enter customer details. If you cannot find your repair or need any help please call on 01270 848554 and we can assist you.
2. Complete payment securely online
Once your details are entered click the pay now button to take you to our secure PayPal account. Once your payment is made you will then receive a confirmation email and a printable order number.
3. Post your device to us for repair
When sending your device please remove your sim card and package the device securely. We only need the device itself no boxes or wires required. Don't forget to include your order number. We recommend you send your device by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery. This way you can track your device to us and have proof that we have received it.
Please note we only cover the return postage, We send all devices back to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Return post is fully included in your repair cost)

4. We repair and test your device
Once your device is received we will email you to confirm receipt, our specialists will complete the repair and test your device. You will receive an email to confirm the device is repaired and another to let you know it’s packed and ready to be sent back to you.
5. We return it back to you
We return all devices via Royal Mail Special Delivery, your tracking will be added to your order, if you have any questions regarding the service, please call 01270 848554.
