In the unlikely event your repair is unsuccessful there is a £29 labour charge that is non-refundable. This £29 covers our time and parts used/fitted, and is at cost price to our customer (Zero Business Profit), if the service is ordered online we will refund the remainder of your initial payment. If we decide its not repairable from our initial free inspection without carrying out any further work, then a full refund will be issued.
