This is why they don't repair very well

We've understandably had a lot of questions about what we're doing to keep everything sanitised over the last year or so. Each device we repair goes in the device sanitiser when we receive it, and again before our customer picks it up.

We wanted to let you know that we are following the government guidelines with regards to masks and social distancing. It's completely up to you if you'd like to wear a mask in our shop or not, to err on the side of caution we'd encourage that you do. We'll leave the sanitiser out, and if there's anything at all we can do for you to make you feel more comfortable when you visit please just ask. It's also looking like it's going to be very hot all week, so we hope you all manage to stay cool
