In the unlikely event your repair is unsuccessful after the hard drive has been replaced on your PlayStation 4, for example - damage to the motherboard at the point of failure or other components causing the issues, that could make your console unrepairable, there is a £29 labour charge that is non-refundable. This £29 covers our time and parts used/fitted, and is at cost price to our customer (Zero Business Profit), if the service is ordered online we will refund the remainder of your initial payment. If we decide its not repairable from our initial free inspection without carrying out any further work, then a full refund will be issued.
